Terms and Conditions

I General rules

  1. You pick apples on your own.
  2. You need to have your own containers.
  3. Apples from the tree and from the ground are the same price.
  4. We accept cash only.

II Where to pick?

  1. You are allowed to pick apples only in definite rows that are marked with white plates with a row number and a name of a variety.
  2. Varieties are available to pick according to the ripen order (do not enter the ones enclosed with caution tape).

III How to pick?

  1. You have to twist apples carefully – not pull them from the branch.
  2. Do not tear away leaves and buds by the peduncle.
  3. Do not break branches.
  4. Do not shake trees in order to throw apples down on the ground – pick those that have fallen accidentally.
  5. Do not climb trees and construction wires.
  6. Do not devastate windfalls (apples on the ground).

IV Equipment to borrow

  1. There are trolleys and ladders to borrow in the weighing zone.
  2. Trolleys are only intended to carry apples from the orchard to the weighing zone.
  3. There is no possibility to make a reservation for a trolley.
  4. Do not put ladders on drip irrigation tapes.
  5. Borrowed equipment should be returned to the weighing zone.

V Payment and packing

  1. We accept cash only.
  2. If you wish to pick a larger amount of apples in a few turns, you can store them in the weighing zone.
  3. You should pack your apples into the car only in the weighing zone.
  4. Do not carry apples with a trolley to the parking lot after payment.

VI Terms in the orchard area

  1. Respect our work – you are a guest here.
  2. Do not litter. There are trashcans by the orchard gate and under the roof in the middle of the parking lot.
  3. Apple cores should be thrown into proper containers placed in the parking lot – do not throw them under the trees or the rest of the orchard area.
  4. Do not enter with dogs in view of safety and sanitary conditions.
  5. Do not smoke, excluding designated places.
  6. Do not drink alcohol.

VII Safety rules

  1. Beware of bees – there’s a bee yard in the farm area (enclosed with caution tape – do not enter).
  2. Trees are backed with construction wires on different heights – move only along the rows (not across them).
